Please note that attempting to lift the grill from the base without unlocking the safety mechanisms may cause the pins to break. This is considered user error and is not covered under the warranty.

To properly open the grill, follow these steps:

1. Open the feet located at the bottom of the grill.
2. Pull both knobs outward and turn to lock into the open position

Once these two safety mechanisms are unlocked, the grill can be lifted and opened smoothly.
